Adult ADHD Support and Skills Group: Building Focus, Confidence, and Self-Compassion

For many adults with ADHD, life has been a long list of “shoulds.”
I should be more organized. I should remember better. I should just try harder.

But ADHD isn’t about willpower — it’s about wiring. And when you start to understand your brain, the story begins to shift.

This group offers a space to explore both skills and self-compassion — because strategies only work when shame doesn’t stand in the way. Together, we’ll talk about what it means to live in an ADHD world:

  • How to create focus and structure that actually fits your life

  • How to navigate executive functioning challenges with curiosity, not criticism

  • How to untangle the guilt and self-blame that have built up over time

  • How to reconnect with your confidence, creativity, and strengths

You don’t have to manage it all alone. Here, you’ll find community, validation, and practical tools to help your brain work for you — not against you.
