“When we are no longer able to change a situation – we are challenged to change ourselves.” -Viktor Frankl
I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space for adults (18+) and couples to work through challenges such as anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and addictive behaviors. My style is direct, collaborative, and tailored to help you meet your goals with clarity and confidence.
I use a blend of evidence-based approaches—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Client-Centered techniques—to help you develop practical tools and feel more empowered in your daily life. I also provide EMDR for trauma recovery and am currently training as a CSAT (Certified Sex Addiction Therapist) Candidate, supporting individuals dealing with compulsive sexual behavior, betrayal trauma, and intimacy issues. For couples, I incorporate Gottman Method principles to improve communication, connection, and trust.
Whether you’re navigating daily stress, a life transition, or deeper relational wounds, we’ll work together to create meaningful and lasting change. Starting therapy can feel daunting, but I’m here to make the process smooth, grounded, and supportive.
